We are Braddock, Logan, Ryley, and Billy With us 4 all being athletes at our respective sports, we came up with a plan to track our progress in the weight room during our off season. Every week, we will go to the weight room and continue to work on our strength while we track our progress throughout the project. We did not choose this topic just to give us an idea for the project, we chose something that we could do that would give us the personal benefit of getting better and stronger for our upcoming sports seasons as well.

Fitness is all about consistency. Staying on an exercise routine is the best way to stay in shape. The only way to see growth in your fitness goals, is by staying patient, and consistently working on your body. Whether it's weightlifting, cardio, or a pickup basketball game with your friends, there are many different ways to exercise and improve your body.

Braddock- I play football and basketball and both of those sports ask for a lot of physical ability. My goal with this project is to become more explosive on athletic movements and to improve my speed and agility. That is why I focus on power during my workouts, so that I am getting more explosive while also getting stronger.
Logan and Ryley- Our goal for this project is to get stronger, look better and to help me improve with basketball and football by working on speed and overall strength Billy- I mostly play football, and the position I play requires me to be strong and fast but also being just as explosive. My overall goal is to get compound lift maxes set in stone as well as get more explosive in all of my lifts and movements. DON'T MISS ANYTHING! |
